MAKE TO ORDER POLICY

At Haq Chain, we believe your jewellery should be as unique as you are. Our Make to Order service allows you to craft bespoke jewellery or acquire designs that are temporarily unavailable.

How It Works:

  1. Customization & Design Consultation:
    • Have a specific design in mind? Share your preferences, reference images, or ideas with us.
    • Our expert design team offers personalized one-on-one consultations (in-store or virtual) to finalize every detail, including design, materials, karat, weight range, stone selection, and size.
  2. Advance Payment & Order Confirmation:
    • A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order and initiate the crafting process.
    • The final price will be determined based on the actual weight of the finished piece, the prevailing gold/metal rates at the time of confirmation, labour costs, and any additional custom features.
    • Upon receiving your advance payment, we will provide a formal order confirmation outlining all agreed-upon details and an estimated production timeline.

    • The standard production time for Make to Order pieces typically ranges from 10 to 25 working days, depending on the complexity of the design and craftsmanship involved.
    • If you have an urgent request, please discuss it with our team. Expedited production may be possible at an additional cost, subject to our current production capacity.
  5. Modifications & Cancellations:
    • As each piece is custom-made specifically for you, modifications to your order may not be possible once production has commenced or may incur additional charges depending on the stage of production.
    • Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun, and the initial advance payment is non-refundable in such instances.
  6. Final Payment & Delivery:
    • The remaining balance for your order is due upon pick-up at our store location or before the dispatch of your order if you opt for courier delivery.
    • Your completed jewellery undergoes a thorough final inspection and quality assurance process before it is ready for you.
  7. After-Sales Support:
    • Every Make to Order piece from Haq Chain comes with our certificate of authenticity and a lifetime service guarantee, reflecting our commitment to quality.
    • As part of our after-sales care, customers can avail services such as professional polishing, resizing (where applicable), and repairs in accordance with our maintenance policy.
