How It Works:

Customization & Design Consultation:
- Have a specific design in mind? Share your preferences, reference images, or ideas with us.
- Our expert design team offers personalized one-on-one consultations (in-store or virtual) to finalize every detail, including design, materials, karat, weight range, stone selection, and size.

Advance Payment & Order Confirmation:
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order and initiate the crafting process.
- The final price will be determined based on the actual weight of the finished piece, the prevailing gold/metal rates at the time of confirmation, labour costs, and any additional custom features.
- Upon receiving your advance payment, we will provide a formal order confirmation outlining all agreed-upon details and an estimated production timeline.

Lead Time:
- The standard production time for Make to Order pieces typically ranges from 10 to 25 working days, depending on the complexity of the design and craftsmanship involved.
- If you have an urgent request, please discuss it with our team. Expedited production may be possible at an additional cost, subject to our current production capacity.

Modifications & Cancellations:
- As each piece is custom-made specifically for you, modifications to your order may not be possible once production has commenced or may incur additional charges depending on the stage of production.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun, and the initial advance payment is non-refundable in such instances.

Final Payment & Delivery:
- The remaining balance for your order is due upon pick-up at our store location or before the dispatch of your order if you opt for courier delivery.
- Your completed jewellery undergoes a thorough final inspection and quality assurance process before it is ready for you.
