EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for trusting Haq Chain. We understand that a piece may not always be exactly what you envisioned, and we want to make the exchange process as convenient as possible to help you find the perfect jewellery.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Timely Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying materials.
- Integrity of Product: The item must not be altered, damaged, or resized.
- Exchange Value: Exchanges are only valid for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery*.
- Special order items.
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or resized after purchase.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
*Customized jewellery cannot be replaced, and items damaged due to handling negligence may only be repaired. No cash refunds or exchanges will be admissible.
Exceptions
In certain circumstances, exceptions to this exchange policy may be made at the sole discretion of Haq Chain.

The exchange process involves two steps:
- Return: Follow the return process outlined in the Haq Chain Return Policy for the item you wish to exchange.
- New Order: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item. This allows for any price adjustments or selection of a different piece.

- Haq Chain reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the policy requirements.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.
